Email Signatures

While sending emails to your customers, you can embed a signature automatically in the body of the message. Signatures can be customized as per your requirement.

To use the signature feature

  1. Click Setup > Communication Channels > Signatures.
  2. You will now be viewing a list of your active and inactive signatures (if you are here for the first time, you will see no results on this page). Click New Signature button.
  3. Create the signature in the HTML editor.
    To use the signature in emails, you will need to select the Make Default checkbox before saving your signature. This will save this signature as active.
  4. Click Save.

If you selected the Make Default checkbox before saving your signature, it will appear at the bottom of all emails you send from within Snapforce. 


If you no longer wish to use the signature in all emails, simply edit the signature and uncheck the Make Default box. This will save the signature as inactive, and will allow you to keep the signature design for future use.
