Exporting Call Detail Records

After running a report on your system's call activity/history, you can export the report or general Call Detail Record's (CDR's) by following the below steps:

  • Navigate to the Telephony tab > Activity Log > Call Detail Records 
  • Select a Date Range and a Disposition for your report then click Submit
  • Now that you see the call history you want, click Export Details which will open a pop-up window
  • Name your file and choose your csv parameters then click Export

To download your exported report:

  • Navigate to the Reports Tab (on the top navigation bar)
  • Select Exports/Downloads and you will find the Telephony exports list on the bottom of the page

Note

  • After clicking Export you will not immediately see the exported file, instead you need to leave the Telephony module and navigate over to the Reports tab as explained above.
