Filtering Past Due Tasks

Snapforce CRM provides the option for you to filter past due tasks. All user levels have access to this. 

1. Login to Snapforce CRM with credentials. 

2. On the home dashboard navigate to Activities.

3. Click on Tasks

4. On the task dashboard page navigate to the right and click New Custom VIew.

5. Complete the form:

Step 1 - Under Title: Name your new view

Step 2 - Select which fields you would like to display. The fields we Recommend are Task Title, date/time created, Assign To, Date/Time due and date completed.

Step 3 - Specify FIlter Criteria

1 .Filter by owner: Select all records

​2. Default Per Page : You can change the number to however many tasks you want to view on each page.

3. In the first filter criteria field in yellow, for the first drop down arrow select Date Due.

4. In the second field's drop down select Less than.

5. In the third field type in the date .The date format is importantt. Type it as the year first ,month then the date. The date you select will show the tasks not completed up to the date you have chosen. Example 2016-03-27

6.In the next row under ,for the first drop down arrow select Status.

7. On the second drop down arrow select Not Equal To.

8. In the third field selection box type in Completed. This will show you all tasks that have not been completed

  1. Next you can choose whether or not you want to make the customized task list the default view , If you want to do so just click the Make default view checkbox.
  2. Click Save.

Notes:

After saving to see the custom view you have created navigate to the top right drop down arrow and select the task view you have just customized.
