Log A Call

Snapforce CRM provides the option for you to log calls in any module in the system. All user levels have access to this.


1. Login to Snapforce Crm with credentials.

2. On the top of the home dashboard select the module, then the account or name you would like to log the call in.

3. Scroll down until you see Note Information on the right side. On the top of note information click on Log Call.

4.Fill in the required fields that are in red. You can also add call notes,call reason and the date of the call.

5.Click Enter Call

After entering the call, to the right of note information, where it says timeline,notes,calls etc. You will see on your timeline all your logged calls and the dates they were created.
