Security - Understanding Your CRM Firewall

There are system-wide security checks that continuously monitor your users and their actions throughout the system.

If a user attempts to perform an action in which they do not have permission, the Firewall will block them. If a user attempts to access a module or page of the system in which they do not have permission, the Firewall will block them. Each time the Firewall blocks an action - it will log the action as a Breach Attempt.

To review your Firewall and check for any breach attempts navigate and open the User Icon drop-down menu on the top right side of your navigation bar. Select the Firewall option.


Notes

  • It is also recommended for Administrator's to monitor the Firewall on a daily or weekly basis. If you notice a large number of Breach attempts you may want to consider adjusting that user's access level or restriction settings.
  • Another security measure new Administrator's should implement is a password policy.
