Administrator:

Full Access on all system processes and functions. The Administrator is the only user with the ability to permenantly erase data from recycle bin.
Record Owner: Read | Write | Delete
Not Record Owner: Read | Write | Delete
Not Record Owner (owned by user within same dept.): Read | Write | Delete
Recycle Bin: Read | Write | Delete
System Processes: Read | Write | Delete

 

Executive:

Full Access on almost all system processes and functions except recycle bin purge.
Record Owner: Read | Write | Delete
Not Record Owner: Read | Write | Delete
Not Record Owner (owned by user within same dept.): Read | Write | Delete
Recycle Bin: Read | Write
System Processes: Read | Write | Delete

 

Department Manager:

Limited system access, full access to their own records and all Standard Users within their Department. Read-only access to records they do not own outside of their Department.

Not Record Owner: Read
Not Record Owner (owned by user within same dept.): Read | Write | Delete
Recycle Bin: N/a
System Processes: Read

 

Standard User:

Limited system access, full access to their own records and read-only access to records they do not own.
