Why Are Some Features Blocked?

It is possible you may notice new feature alerts, or read about them in our help documentation - but you are unable to access them via your system. You may be experiencing this because of anyone of the following reasons:

  • Your administrator may have your accounts access limited to specific modules/features.
  • Your company customized Snapforce to have a specific layout, specific modules, or created their own custom objects.
  • The feature you are interested in may not be available in the Snapforce edition your company is using.


Because of the vast array of ways Snapforce can be customized, it is possible your company's system may not have access to all product features.
